Yiwen Zhang (b. 2000) is a Chinese photographer, filmmaker and curator based in London. Her practice is rooted in personal experience, memory and the relationship between image, emotion and material.
Her work has been exhibited in the UK, China, South Korea, Bulgaria and Greece, including at Paxos Biennale 2024 as part of Manifesto of Memory. Her photographic work has also been presented by CICA Museum, South Korea, and Water Tower Art Fest × Figura Art Space. Her short film Flower was selected for the British Film Institute’s Eat Our Shorts programme and the Ealing Film Festival.
